- 1 cup peanut butter, natural unsweetened, unsalted
- 1 Tbsp soya sauce
- 1 tsp apple cider vinegar, rice vinegar, or lime juice
- ½ cup boiling water
- 1 clove garlic, crushed
- 1 tsp ginger, finely grated
- chilies to taste optional
Mix all ingredients until well combined.
This sauce is multipurpose! I drizzle it on top of stir-frys and I dip my salad rolls in it. All of these measurements are approximate so remember to taste and adjust.
